This is a two day/weekend workshop on gaining freedom from your fears.

There is no emotion as strong as fear. It can be all powerful, all - consuming emotion if left unchecked. When fear is the foremost or leading feeling; it belittles, diminishes, paralyzes and weakens the best of persons. The times that we live in ensure that most people are operating their day to day life out of some or the other fear, either consciously or otherwise. Fear of not having enough money, of losing job/position; fear of loss of loved ones; fear of sickness; fear of living alone; fear of being hurt/injured and so on. Fears cannot be wished away, denied or contained. The effects of fear are seen in different behavioural or thinking patterns; whether one is aware or not of their fears

The effects of fears can be crippling - preventing one from moving forward in life. The short term and long term effects of fears on human mind and body have been researched. The research proves that the effects are demoralizing for the human psyche and prohibit human growth potential. The only thing we need to fear is the fear itself.

We live in uncertain times - we all agree. The only thing that is certain is that uncertainty prevails and has impacted all lives to different degrees.

Almost everyone has gone through phases in their lives where they have faced the uncertainty of future which bring on the emotions of confusion, indecisiveness, anger, fear, insecurity and loss of control. As these emotions find a home inside of the human mind, they take over and - we find ourselves in a power struggle. This power struggle is inside of us, forcing us to try to control the issues of our lives. We all would like to know what's going to happen so we can be prepared. But life doesn't always work that way, especially when we are in a state of anxiety.

When you continually worry about your future, you lose focus and view of the 'here and now'. You are physically in the ‘now’ while mental and emotional energies are in the ‘future’. The anxiety itself gives impetus to Law of attraction that what is popularly called “self-fulfilling prophecy”
